Delete in the app
- Open Imagild and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Account.
- Tap Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm Delete permanently.
- Your active Imagild sessions are invalidated when deletion completes.
Request deletion without the app
Email the support address shown below from the email address associated with your Imagild account. Use “Imagild account deletion” as the subject. We may ask for a limited verification step before completing the request.
What is deleted
- Your Imagild account and authentication links.
- Source photos, generated images, Library history, profile details, and active sessions.
- Creator Skills, covers, prompts, and other personal content associated with your account.
- Unused image allowances and membership access associated with the deleted account.
Limited records we may retain
Records required for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, or other legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period. These records are separated from the deleted account identity wherever possible and are not used to recreate your account.
Timing and subscriptions
In-app deletion is normally completed immediately. Support requests are normally completed after identity verification within 30 days. Deleting an Imagild account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google; cancel any active store subscription before deletion. Imagild does not currently sell subscriptions inside the mobile app.
