Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
- We may restrict or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or policy enforcement.
The service
Imagild provides tools that analyze and transform photographs using published Skills and third-party infrastructure. Results may vary, contain errors, or not meet a particular purpose. Features, model providers, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant Imagild a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every upload and instruction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Skills and the public market
Creators retain rights in original Skill material while granting Imagild a non-exclusive license to review, translate, display, operate, and make published Skills available through the service. Imagild may reject, unlist, or remove Skills that are unsafe, infringing, misleading, low quality, or incompatible with the platform.
Purchases provide Imagild image-processing capacity. They do not purchase or transfer ownership of an individual Skill.
Subscriptions, extra images, and payment
- Displayed prices, included image quantities, access periods, and consumption rules apply at the time of purchase or processing.
- Paid image allowances granted by Monthly Starter, Monthly Pro, and Extra Images do not expire and remain available until used. Membership Skill access follows the active monthly subscription period.
- Monthly Starter and Monthly Pro renew each month until canceled. You may cancel future renewal before the next billing date; cancellation does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
- Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and are subject to the applicable store’s billing terms. Website purchases use the payment provider identified at checkout. Taxes and localized prices may vary by storefront or location.
- Refunds, purchase revocations, and failed processing are handled under the Refund Policy.
Referidos y recompensas para creadores
- El programa piloto usa adquisición de referidos por la web. Una persona realmente nueva debe entrar en Imagild mediante un enlace válido, crear una única cuenta legítima en el sitio web de Imagild y completar la verificación por correo o con un proveedor de identidad compatible dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la visita. Una vez vinculada la atribución a esa cuenta compartida de Imagild, su primera generación correcta puede realizarse en el sitio web o en cualquier app compatible iniciada con la misma cuenta, pero también debe ocurrir dentro de esa misma ventana de 30 días.
- Compartir o copiar un enlace, abrir el diálogo de compartir u obtener clics, Me gusta, guardados, reposts o seguidores no genera por sí solo una recompensa. Cada referido cualificado concede a quien invita una generación de imagen estándar, con un máximo de cinco en cualquier periodo móvil de 30 días. Un referido que se cualifique cuando ya se alcanzó el límite no se pone en cola, no se recompensa con efecto retroactivo ni se concede después cuando una recompensa anterior sale de la ventana.
- Cada usuario nuevo solo puede atribuirse a una persona invitadora. Se prohíben los autorreferidos, las cuentas duplicadas o ficticias, el tráfico automatizado, la promoción engañosa, los mensajes masivos no solicitados y las recompensas a cambio de interacción en una plataforma.
- Las recompensas no se pueden transferir, no tienen valor en efectivo y pueden retenerse o revertirse cuando se detecte razonablemente abuso o un error de atribución. Imagild puede modificar o finalizar el programa piloto con efectos futuros; las recompensas ya concedidas válidamente permanecerán en la cuenta sujetas a las reglas generales del servicio.
Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Do not bypass safety systems, misuse accounts or infrastructure, interfere with the service, or use Imagild to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Imagild’s software, brand, editorial design, and platform materials remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Except for the limited service access granted here, no rights are transferred.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Imagild does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular aesthetic result, or that an output is non-infringing or suitable for professional, legal, medical, identity, or evidentiary use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Imagild in the twelve months before that claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s stated jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your country. If one term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Questions may be sent to the support address shown on this page.
