Official rules
A two-month open call for original photo Skills. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
1. Sponsor and eligibility
The challenge is sponsored by Dongguan Starweave Technology Co., Ltd. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive a prize in their country or region. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsor may participate but are not eligible for cash prizes.
2. Schedule
Submissions run from August 21 through September 30, 2026. Community recommendations run from October 1 through October 31. The audit period is November 1–7, and results are scheduled for November 8. All dates use China Standard Time unless otherwise stated.
3. How to enter
Create an Imagild account, join the challenge, and submit an original photo Skill for editorial review. Each creator may enter up to three Skills. A Skill must be published and remain publicly accessible through the end of the audit period. No purchase is required.
4. Originality and rights
You must own or have permission to use every prompt, image, name, and other element in your entry. Entries may be inspired by broad visual traditions, but may not copy another creator’s protected expression, private prompt, logo, trademark, or copyrighted asset. The sponsor may request proof of source and permission.
5. Creator generations
Each approved challenge entry grants 5 event generations, up to three publication bonuses. Joining alone does not grant generations. Earned generations can be used only on the creator’s own Skills during the event, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
6. Recommendations and judging
During October, signed-in users may recommend eligible entries through the same recommendation control used in the marketplace. The marketplace recommendation total shown on each Skill is the challenge score; no separate challenge ledger or public live ranking is used. The sponsor may correct automated traffic, purchased engagement, duplicate or coordinated accounts, and other manipulation before results are finalized. The Editors’ Choice is selected for originality, photographic understanding, consistency, and usefulness.
7. Prizes
The prize pool is US$400: US$200 Community Choice, US$100 second place, US$50 third place, and US$50 Editors’ Choice. Winners are responsible for any taxes and payment-provider requirements. If a winner cannot be verified or contacted within seven days, the sponsor may select the next eligible entry.
8. Moderation and disqualification
The sponsor may remove unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or manipulated entries and invalidate related recommendations. Material platform outages or abuse may require a reasonable schedule adjustment; any change will be posted on the activity page. The sponsor’s audit decision is final to the extent permitted by law.
9. Publicity and privacy
Entrants keep ownership of their work and grant Imagild a non-exclusive license to display and promote the submitted Skill and its public examples in connection with the challenge. Account and activity data are handled under the Imagild Privacy Policy.
