Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or policy enforcement.

The service

Imagild provides tools that analyze and transform photographs using published Skills and third-party infrastructure. Results may vary, contain errors, or not meet a particular purpose. Features, model providers, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant Imagild a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every upload and instruction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Skills and the public market

Creators retain rights in original Skill material while granting Imagild a non-exclusive license to review, translate, display, operate, and make published Skills available through the service. Imagild may reject, unlist, or remove Skills that are unsafe, infringing, misleading, low quality, or incompatible with the platform.

Purchases provide Imagild image-processing capacity. They do not purchase or transfer ownership of an individual Skill.

Subscriptions, extra images, and payment

Displayed prices, included image quantities, access periods, and consumption rules apply at the time of purchase or processing.
Paid image allowances granted by Monthly Starter, Monthly Pro, and Extra Images do not expire and remain available until used. Membership Skill access follows the active monthly subscription period.
Monthly Starter and Monthly Pro renew each month until canceled. You may cancel future renewal before the next billing date; cancellation does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and are subject to the applicable store’s billing terms. Website purchases use the payment provider identified at checkout. Taxes and localized prices may vary by storefront or location.
Refunds, purchase revocations, and failed processing are handled under the Refund Policy.

Referral and creator rewards

The pilot uses web referral acquisition. A first-time visitor must enter Imagild through a valid referral link, create one legitimate account on the Imagild website, and complete the applicable email or identity-provider verification within 30 days after landing. Once attribution is bound to that shared Imagild account, its first successful image generation may be completed on the website or any supported app signed in to the same account, but it must also occur within that same 30-day attribution window.
Sharing or copying a link, opening a share dialog, or receiving clicks, likes, saves, reposts, or follows does not by itself earn a reward. Each qualifying referral grants the inviter one standard-image allowance, up to five rewards in any rolling 30-day period. A referral that qualifies while the cap is reached is not queued, retroactively rewarded, or awarded later when an earlier reward leaves the rolling window.
One new user may be attributed to only one inviter. Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, automated traffic, misleading promotion, unsolicited bulk messaging, and rewards offered in exchange for platform engagement are prohibited.
Referral allowances are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be withheld or reversed when abuse or an attribution error is reasonably identified. Imagild may change or end the pilot prospectively; rewards already validly granted will remain on the account subject to the general service rules.

Prohibited conduct

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Do not bypass safety systems, misuse accounts or infrastructure, interfere with the service, or use Imagild to violate another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Imagild’s software, brand, editorial design, and platform materials remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Except for the limited service access granted here, no rights are transferred.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Imagild does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular aesthetic result, or that an output is non-infringing or suitable for professional, legal, medical, identity, or evidentiary use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Imagild in the twelve months before that claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s stated jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your country. If one term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Questions may be sent to the support address shown on this page.
