An account's cloud image and a browser's editing draft may be different objects in different storage locations. Signing into the same account elsewhere does not copy browser-local state automatically. Before clearing site data, locate the usable draft and save an independent copy through the application's supported export or save workflow.
Separate the four places a project can exist
Write down whether you have an account asset, browser-local editing state, a downloaded finished image or an editable external project. One photograph can appear in all four places while each holds different information. A finished PNG can preserve the picture without the canvas arrangement or pending instructions. A cloud thumbnail can remain even when a local draft is unavailable.
MDN explains localStorage as storage associated with a document's origin. Its storage guide distinguishes browser-managed storage and private-browsing behavior. These describe browser mechanisms; they do not identify which persistence method a particular Imagild panel uses or promise its recovery.
Diagnose without removing the only working state
For a hypothetical event poster, the generated background is in the account Library but a page still contains an unfinished arrangement and unsaved wording. Keep that original browser session available. Record the exact site address, browser profile and selected account without recording passwords. A different profile, private window or alternate origin can present a different local storage context.
Use a disposable test image to investigate portability. Save it through the visible supported procedure, then inspect whether another browser receives an editable state, only the image, or nothing. Write the observed outcome. Do not describe an unsupported cloud-draft feature simply because both browsers display the same account avatar.
Copyable migration note
Keep the original browser profile until the editable draft has been transferred and reopened. Inventory the generated asset, the current canvas draft and the downloaded delivery separately. Move only through supported save or export controls. On the receiving browser, demonstrate the required text or layout edit before deleting local state on the source device.
This is a proposed migration checklist, not a test performed on a live account. Do not send browser profile directories, cookies or login files to a collaborator as a substitute for a supported project handoff.
Make the acceptance test match the goal
If the recipient only needs a viewing image, reopening the approved export may be sufficient. If they need to change text or continue a composition, they must receive the appropriate editable structure. A screenshot proving that the image appeared does not demonstrate that structure.
For Imagild, use the currently available Library and task views for their actual account assets, while treating browser drafts according to the current screen's save controls. Keep important source files independently. Accept migration when the receiving environment can perform the agreed next action, not merely when an account is signed in or the source browser's cache has been cleared.
