Apple in-app purchases
Refund requests for a purchase billed by Apple must be submitted to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Apple determines refund eligibility and returns approved amounts to the Apple payment method; Imagild cannot directly issue a refund for a charge collected by Apple. If Apple refunds or revokes a transaction, unused image allowances and membership access granted by that transaction may be removed from the Imagild account. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Google Play purchases
Refund requests for a purchase billed by Google Play may be submitted through Google Play or Google Support, subject to Google Play policies and applicable law. Imagild support may assist with eligible order issues where Google permits. If Google Play refunds, cancels, or revokes a transaction, unused image allowances and membership access granted by that transaction may be removed from the Imagild account. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Unused website purchases
For a purchase billed by Imagild’s website payment provider, you may request a refund for an unused Extra Images purchase within 14 days of purchase. “Unused” means none of the paid images from that order have been consumed, revoked, or reserved in an active job. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.
Monthly subscriptions and cancellation
You may cancel Monthly Starter or Monthly Pro before the next billing date to stop future renewals. An Apple- or Google-billed subscription must be canceled in the applicable store subscription settings; a website subscription must be canceled through its billing portal. Cancellation normally leaves the current paid period available until its stated end and does not by itself refund that period. Refund eligibility is determined by the payment provider and applicable law.
Partially used purchases
Partially used subscription periods and Extra Images purchases are normally not refundable. We may approve a full or proportional refund where required by law, where there is a verified duplicate charge, or where a material service failure prevented reasonable use.
Failed or moderated jobs
A job that fails, is stopped by safety moderation, or produces no usable output automatically restores its reserved image allowance. This is not a cash refund because no image was consumed.
How to request a refund
- For an Apple-billed purchase, request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support.
- For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play order history or Google Support; you may also contact Imagild support with the Google Play order identifier for eligible order assistance.
- For a website purchase, email support from the address associated with your account and include the order identifier, purchase date, reason, and relevant error details.
- Do not send full card or bank details. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership.
Timing and payment provider
The payment provider controls refund approval, timing, and return to the original payment method. Apple or Google communicates the outcome of store-billed refund requests according to its process. We aim to review complete website-purchase requests promptly, but banks, card networks, and payment providers control when approved funds appear.
Chargebacks and abuse
Contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated bad-faith refund activity may result in account restrictions. This does not limit lawful dispute rights.
