Separate movable decoration from permanent property features before restyling an interior. A concept can explore furniture and atmosphere, but a factual property view should not silently add a window, remove a radiator or enlarge a room. Keep an accurate photograph available and label imagined staging or renovation clearly.
Make a protected-feature inventory
List doors, windows, fixed cabinets, structural elements and visible fixtures. Note their positions and approximate relationships. Distinguish them from movable chairs or decorative objects. A cleaner composition can still be misleading if it hides an inconvenient fixed feature.
Perspective correction also needs restraint. Straightening verticals can improve readability, but extreme transformations or new viewpoints may imply more space than the source supports. Do not infer exact room measurements from a generated image or an unmeasured photograph.
A fictional apartment concept
An invented owner wants a calmer study. The room has one window, a wall-mounted heater and a built-in cupboard. A generated concept adds a second window and replaces the heater with a plant. It may communicate a pleasant mood, but it no longer depicts the same existing room.
Revise the concept to keep the fixed features. If proposing an actual renovation, identify it as a proposal and verify feasibility separately. An image generator does not establish permission, structural viability or the cost of making those changes.
Review geometry and evidence
Count openings and trace the visible wall boundaries. Compare the positions of fixed fittings and floor transitions. Then inspect furniture scale and circulation. A neat sofa can be too large for the real room even when the generated perspective looks persuasive.
Keep an unstaged source view where viewers need factual information. Label each visualization by its role, such as proposed furnishing or illustrative renovation. Do not use a general AI disclosure to obscure which physical features are imagined.
Apply a limited edit in Imagild
Use controlled selection or modest global adjustments for photographic cleanup. A strong artistic Skill may be useful for a moodboard, not a reliable substitute for a property record. Compare all edited boundaries, especially where furniture overlaps a fixture.
Imagild does not certify property dimensions or provide architectural approval. If the current tool lacks the precision needed to retain every feature, use another appropriate production method or keep the real photograph. For listing publication, verify the actual channel's current requirements independently.
Can I remove personal clutter?
Often that can improve presentation, but review what the edit reveals behind it. The newly filled area is reconstruction, not verified evidence of hidden surfaces.
Can I show an imagined renovation?
Yes as a clearly identified proposal with an accurate existing view. Do not present generated changes as completed work or proof of feasibility.
