Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
- We may restrict or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or policy enforcement.
The service
Imagild provides tools that analyze and transform photographs using published Skills and third-party infrastructure. Results may vary, contain errors, or not meet a particular purpose. Features, model providers, limits, and availability may change as the product develops.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant Imagild a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every upload and instruction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Skills and the public market
Creators retain rights in original Skill material while granting Imagild a non-exclusive license to review, translate, display, operate, and make published Skills available through the service. Imagild may reject, unlist, or remove Skills that are unsafe, infringing, misleading, low quality, or incompatible with the platform.
Credits purchase Imagild processing capacity. They do not purchase or transfer ownership of an individual Skill.
Credits, prices, and payment
- Displayed prices, credit quantities, and consumption costs apply at the time of purchase or processing.
- Paid credits do not expire unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise. Promotional credits may expire.
- Taxes may be added based on location. Payment is processed by the provider identified at checkout.
- Refunds and failed processing are handled under the Refund Policy.
Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Do not bypass safety systems, misuse accounts or infrastructure, interfere with the service, or use Imagild to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Imagild’s software, brand, editorial design, and platform materials remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Except for the limited service access granted here, no rights are transferred.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Imagild does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular aesthetic result, or that an output is non-infringing or suitable for professional, legal, medical, identity, or evidentiary use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Imagild in the twelve months before that claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s stated jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your country. If one term is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Questions may be sent to the support address shown on this page.
