Information we collect
- Account details such as email address, nickname, authentication records, and account role.
- Content you provide, including source photographs, generated results, Skill instructions, prompts, parameters, and support messages.
- First-party analytics data such as anonymous visitor and session identifiers, page path, language, and referring domain. We do not store IP addresses or complete referrer URLs in analytics; separate short-lived security logs may process IP and request data to prevent abuse.
- Referral attribution data such as an invitation code, landing time, campaign tags, referring Skill or page, account-registration attribution, qualification status, and reward status. A signed first-party referral cookie may remain in your browser for up to 30 days.
- Purchase history linked to your account, such as the purchased package or subscription, product and transaction identifiers, amount, currency, purchase and renewal status, and refund or revocation status. Apple and Google Play process payment-card details for in-app purchases; Imagild does not receive or store full payment-card details.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the photo-processing service.
- Run safety checks, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our policies, and protect users and the public.
- Maintain account history, image allowances, orders, refunds, and customer support.
- Administer creator and referral programmes, attribute qualified referrals, prevent duplicate or self-referrals, and issue earned image allowances.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Photographs and AI processing
Your photographs and instructions are sent only to infrastructure and model providers needed to perform the requested job. We do not publish private uploads or use them in the Skill Market without your explicit action.
Imagild does not sell personal information. We do not use private photographs to train a public model unless we first obtain separate, explicit consent.
Service providers and international transfers
We may use hosting, storage, image-model, moderation, analytics, customer-support, and payment providers. Processing may occur outside your country. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and data involved.
Retention and deletion
Source photographs and generated Library results are automatically deleted 90 days after processing finishes. Referral cookies expire after no more than 30 days; associated qualification and reward records may be retained as operational records for programme administration, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. We keep account, transaction, safety, and other operational records only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, and those purposes. You may request earlier deletion through our support email; eligible data will be deleted or de-identified while records required by law or an active dispute may be retained.
Security and your choices
- We use access controls, private object access, transport encryption, and limited operational logging.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export where applicable.
- No internet service is perfectly secure. Protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
Imagild is not directed to children under 18 and must not be used to upload sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving minors.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to the support address shown on this page.
