Information we collect
- Account details such as email address, nickname, authentication records, and account role.
- Content you provide, including source photographs, generated results, Skill instructions, prompts, parameters, and support messages.
- Operational data such as IP address, device and browser information, request timestamps, usage counts, error logs, and security events.
- Transaction records such as purchased package, amount, currency, payment status, refund status, and provider identifiers. Imagild does not store full payment-card details.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the photo-processing service.
- Run safety checks, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our policies, and protect users and the public.
- Maintain account history, credit balances, orders, refunds, and customer support.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Photographs and AI processing
Your photographs and instructions are sent only to infrastructure and model providers needed to perform the requested job. We do not publish private uploads or use them in the Skill Market without your explicit action.
Imagild does not sell personal information. We do not use private photographs to train a public model unless we first obtain separate, explicit consent.
Service providers and international transfers
We may use hosting, storage, image-model, moderation, analytics, customer-support, and payment providers. Processing may occur outside your country. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and data involved.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, content, and operational data only as long as needed for the service, safety, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. During early access, request account or image deletion through our support email. We will delete or de-identify eligible data, while retaining records that law, fraud prevention, accounting, or active disputes require.
Security and your choices
- We use access controls, private object access, transport encryption, and limited operational logging.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export where applicable.
- No internet service is perfectly secure. Protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
Imagild is not directed to children under 18 and must not be used to upload sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving minors.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to the support address shown on this page.
