These listed products are one-time point packs, not monthly image subscriptions. Check expiry, refund and other purchase terms at checkout instead of assuming terms not stated here. The welcome grant in the current billing definition is 50 points, awarded once to eligible new users; it is not a daily refresh.

The 50-point welcome grant therefore covers five 1K images, or a different mixture of resolutions. It does not mean five free images at every resolution.
These are single-output arithmetic examples. If a workflow quotes multiple outputs or additional operations, use the total shown for that task.
Choose resolution after checking the concept
Start with a lower-cost test when evaluating composition, identity or a new style. A larger file will not fix the wrong face, extra fingers, misspelled lettering or a confused layout.
The 1K, 2K and 4K labels describe resolution tiers. Inspect the downloaded file's actual width and height; do not assume every aspect ratio yields one fixed pair of dimensions. For print, also check the physical output size, safe areas and printer requirements.
Budget video separately
The current local pricing definitions specify 22 points per second at 768P and 28 points per second at 2K, with the quoted duration rounded up to a whole second. For example, ten seconds is 220 or 280 points respectively.
Those definitions are not a claim that every duration or video resolution is available for every provider request. Confirm the supported option and the displayed quote in the actual workflow. Generated material that is later trimmed may still have incurred the original task cost.
Use Jobs and Library for different questions
Use Jobs to inspect a task's status and details. A running task is not the same as a failed one. Before submitting again, check whether an earlier request is still processing; repeated clicks can create separate work.
Use Library to find completed assets and organize or browse them by creation function, such as Skill images, portraits or fan merch. Keep your own downloads of important deliverables; do not assume unlimited or permanent storage.
Frequently asked questions
Does an unattractive result automatically receive a refund? Do not assume so. A completed result you dislike is different from a technically failed task.
What happens after a failure? Check the task and points record. Failure handling can involve releasing a reservation or reconciling an uncertain provider outcome; avoid promising an immediate refund in every case.
